"Great place!! We were welcomed warmly when we arrived, choice of beverage and a great river view room!! Loved the fireplace in the room, nice little patio and lovely breakfast! I can’t say anything bad, we will stay again if in the Bend area."

"The room was clean and fine. The problem is the people around us were making noise all night long. The walls seem to not block much noise.Tried calling front desk but could not get ahold of anyone. I was so frustrated when I got the call 30min before checkout making sure we would be gone, I just wanted to leave. When trying to check out we waited 20min at the front counter and were finally greeted by a housekeeper who didn’t seem to know much so we handed over the key and left. We were so tired we booked another hotel to sleep for a few hours because we did not feel safe driving back home the 4 hours after a night of no sleep. Wont be back."
