"Said there was a little construction but it was 75% of the park. On top of that the life guards aren't consistent in their rules each day and half of them don't care if you wait longer, there's absolutely no reguard for the guest's experience. Everyone seems bored and unhappy and it was too crowded once they closed everything but once again the hotel doesn't care."

"The woman at the front desk was a gem! So sweet and friendly, she even came up to help us with the t.v! Our room was fine, refrigerator and an alarm clock, comfortable bed. The bathroom really needs an upgrade. It was a wheelchair accessible bath, but quite rundown. No counter space or shelves for your personal care items to be set down while you get ready. "

"The manager of Hidden trails must have been over worked, I have never experienced a manager to be so rude. There were 9 of us for dinner, we waited for an hour before we even asked how much longer. She immediately had an attitude, We pointed out that people in the restaurant that came in after us had already received their food, She said oh yeah who? Point out who got their food before you. We said that we weren't going to do that because at this point everybody in the restaurant was looking in our direction, The manager stormed off and said there's only three of us. Maybe more training in customer service. This was very avoidable. On another note, customers should be made aware of changes in the waterpark prior to arrival. The maintenance made our stay difficult due to having a handicapped person with us and the closure led to her not being able to participate in our activities."

"Such a cozy cabin. It was more spacious than I anticipated. Plenty enough room for 2 adults and 3 children. We really enjoyed how close it was to all the attractions in the area. The hot tub was a big hit with all of us! The pool table was played quite a bit too! The arcade games were old school and so much fun!! Quiet neighborhood and great host. Very seamless. Definitely recommend. We will book again when we’re back in the area. Great family get away. "
