"Very nice property!! Great outdoor spaces! The pool was smaller than expected and we felt not enough space to walk around it. A nice game room would be better use of that space and more enjoyable for the older kids. Less expensive to maintain as well. ( just a thought…) lolThe refrigerator was not clean upon our arrival. Maybe forgotten to clean as the rest of the house was very clean.Overall, very nice and we had a great time!! "

"This was our first time staying at H2Oasis and we would definitely stay again! Our family, of 6 adults, three toddlers and an infant, had a great time. The pool and game room kept everyone entertained. We used the grill a couple of times, which was convenient and allowed us to spend more time together rather than fighting traffic. We also were able to cook breakfast in each day, saving time and money. The home is in a nice residential neighborhood and it is very quiet. It is just a short drive to Pigeon Forge. If going to Gatlinburg, we would suggest allowing an hour for traffic. We used Instacart almost daily, for Publix, Kroger, and Target. We also used Walmart delivery. No issues with any of the deliveries. The home is pet friendly and we had our little dogs with us. A large crate was provided, along with toys and food/water bowls. We had a great time! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home! "
