Located in Rivedoux-Plage, in a quiet and sought-after area, the villa "Dolce Vita" is ideally located:

A few minutes walk from the beach, the market, shops and restaurants.

- A fully equipped modern kitchen
- 1 master bedroom (bed 160x200) with private bathroom and toilet
- 2 comfortable bedrooms (bed 160x200) with storage, sharing a bathroom and a separate toilet.
- An independent annex with 2 bedrooms (bed 140x190), 1 bathroom and 1 toilet
- A pantry with washing machine, dryer and a second fridge/freezer
- Guest toilet accessible from the entrance

Traveller access
Access to the villa "Dolce Vita" is through a gate. You will have access to the private courtyard to park your cars as well as to the street in front of the house which is free parking. The courtyard also has an electric terminal where you can charge your vehicles.
