The property, entirely on one level and typically Rhaetaise, is a real haven of peace, without any opposite, and in the heart of the village. Directly adjoining a small listed wood, calm is the key word of the villa. Built and designed by Mr. Jean-Louis Foulquier (founder of the Francofolies music festival in La Rochelle, artist and former columnist), the artistic touches are numerous with the hearts of young girls at the entrance, the tree-lined paths, the mosaic swimming pool, the terrace in the shape of a boat with its fireplace as a barbecue or the room designed and tagged by him. An orchard and a vegetable garden also embellish the natural side of the property.

The villa consists of 4 bedrooms including:
- 1 master suite of 35m2 with a very large dressing room and bathroom with bath, shower, WC
- 1 studio of 45 m2 with kitchen, dressing room and shower room with WC
- 2 bedrooms separated by a bathroom + separate WC;



The property is also fully equipped to enhance your holiday with:

Cleaning fees include household linen for 10 people.

Information COVID-19:

Cleaning the property is a priority to ensure a healthy environment for our guests and limit the spread of the virus.
That's why, in addition to the rigorous cleaning carried out by a professional team, a disinfection of specific surfaces is carried out between each traveller (door handles, awning canes, coffee maker, kettle, switches...).
The laundry is washed at 90 degrees, the sofa and cushions disinfected.

The villa will gladly welcome your pets if they are clean and cared for an extra charge of 15€/day (maximum 1 pet per stay).
