"Gaetano is a delightful host and the property is beautiful, a 19th century villa with gardens lovingly tended by the host, and a cascade of steps leading up to several apartments within the villa. We were charmed by the location, close to the foothills of Liguria, but walking distance to the beach and Sestri Levante town, within a very pleasant residential neighborhood and near an aristocratic garden. Gaetano made sure we had everything we needed, including plenty of AC, and all the supplies that make for a comfortable stay. He even allowed me to use the garage for several days before I checked in, free of charge. The garret apartment where we stayed was beautifully and whimsically decorated, with colorful tile and hand-made and antique cabinetry, and out the window, a glimpse of wine-colored sea and the incantation of campanile. We would be delighted to stay again next summer. In fact, we are already looking at the calendar. Tante grazie a Gaetano!"

"I can't say enough good things about this beautiful hotel. The location is incredible, the views are surreal, the staff is so helpful and friendly. The sky bar and pool were so fun and the breakfast was some of the most delicious food we had in Italy. We can't wait to come back!"
