"The facilities at Nirú are top notch, I believe the photos online don’t actually do it justice. The upstairs pool was always quiet, with very friendly and attentive bartending/waiting staff! The beach club pool and beach area are much busier with people from their other hotel in Santa Cruz and also day pass users, but we were always able to get some loungers regardless. The hotel is located right in Santa Cruz making it super convenient to walk around and walk/taxi to La Crucecita. The food is great all around, I would say breakfast is the best by far, authentic Mexican dishes and really good buffet sides. The weakest part would definitely be the lunch buffet at the beach club, but if you are staying at the hotel, you can eat snacks/lunch at the hotel pool which has some great options! "Rooms were very clean and organized! Staff were very friendly and accommodating! This resort had everything everyone would want! If you’re looking for a nice little resort, that’s set back away from the hustle and the bustle of the major tourist traps. This is the right place. The food was really good and was based off the Mexican pallet You have access to many bars on site The beach is all about two blocks away from the main part of the resort it’s located at their sister resort and he is absolutely amazing! If you’re looking to swim with the fish and be safe and have access to a pool and bar and restaurant, this is the place for you This resort is located near the main markets so if you’re looking to get your little keepsakes and what not you’re in luck! Super safe area with lots to do! Word of advice if you’re gonna come here, you’re gonna need to know Spanish because 90% of the people don’t speak English! This is an amazing place if you’re looking for something quiet or maybe you coming here with a small family! Absolutely amazing!"

"Amazing stay! Our accommodations were “home away from home” we will definitely be back. Our hostess was amazing! She was so friendly and quick to message us if we needed anything she is there for us! I believe she was just 3 weeks in to working for this company and it felt like she had been there forever! "We were on the 4th floor 2bd. Great big balcony, roomy bedrooms and beds. Two Tvs. AC worked great. Kitchen had basics. We left a bowl we bought to eat cereal since there were only plates, enjoy! FYI you will have to provide tp, paper towels, and trash bags once out. Alejandro and Lorena were responsive and helpful. Pool was small but always clean and great to dip into after an afternoon out. Neighbors were friendly and area was safe and serene. Would stay here again. If you are a self service kind of person this place is perfect."
