"The ocean facing room was spacious and spotless with a large outdoor deck, complete with chairs, table and umbrella and basket swing. The staff were all awesome - so helpful and friendly all around. She was so friendly and quick to message us if we needed anything she is there for us! I believe she was just 3 weeks in to working for this company and it felt like she had been there forever! "We were on the 4th floor 2bd. Great big balcony, roomy bedrooms and beds. Two Tvs. AC worked great. Kitchen had basics. We left a bowl we bought to eat cereal since there were only plates, enjoy! FYI you will have to provide tp, paper towels, and trash bags once out. Alejandro and Lorena were responsive and helpful. Pool was small but always clean and great to dip into after an afternoon out. Neighbors were friendly and area was safe and serene. Would stay here again. If you are a self service kind of person this place is perfect."
