  • A quiet, very well-equipped house... peace and quiet, discovering a beautiful region... Vichy and Clermont nearby.... Shops nearby..... A beautiful Auvergne getaway!!!!!! The house is located in the countryside, 10 minutes from Vichy. The house is fenced and very well-equipped, ideal for a family gathering or a family escape, with a games room, foosball, and arcade games. The kitchen is large and spacious. The living room has a fireplace with a bar and a large television. The jacuzzi room is enclosed, and the spa is heated to 38 degrees all year round. Outside, you can enjoy the swimming pool and barbecue and play the Petanque. You can go hiking and bring your bikes to enjoy the cycle paths.
