Enjoy a relaxed countryside stay at The Loft, set on the first floor of a charming, converted farmhouse within the Swinton Estate in North Yorkshire. Simply styled and well located, it sleeps six people and offers an easy-going base ideal for couples, small families, or groups looking for somewhere relaxed to return to after a day outdoors. The Loft combines homely accommodation with contemporary touches, alongside convenient access to the estate and its many activities and beautiful surroundings.

The Main Space

Kitchenette: A practical kitchenette includes an air fryer, microwave, fridge, and tea and coffee‑making facilities, with additional cooking utensils available on request for simple meals in.
Dining: The kitchenette is paired with a compact dining space which is perfect for a morning coffee or a light lunch.
Living/Sleeping Area: The seating area centres around a comfortable sofa bed sleeping two, with a TV and a selection of board games on hand for relaxed evenings in. Sleeping arrangements are flexible, with a zip‑and‑link bed that can be set as a double to suit your stay. The central living space is complemented by a well‑appointed main bathroom with a shower, completing this practical, open plan space.
Interconnecting Bedroom

An additional spacious bedroom sits just off the main living area, featuring a flexible zip‑and‑link bed and its own ensuite shower room for added privacy and convenience. For those travelling with infants, cots can be made available upon request but please note that additional charges apply.

The hotel is a 10‑minute drive, with cycle hire available or the option of a scenic walk through the estate’s parkland. A Tramper is also available via the Access the Dales scheme, offering access to woodland trails and the Druid’s Temple.
