El trato es exquisito. Gente muy cercana y agradable. Dispuestos a ayudar siempre. Atienden cualquier petición siempre con la intención de escuchar al cliente y hacerle sentir bien en el hotel. Quizás lo peor , para mi gusto es que las habitaciones no son 'actuales', parece que vuelvas a años atrás, motivos rústicos y algo desfasados. Pero no te dejes engañar. Detrás de esa apariencia hay una dedicación para que te sientas como en casa. Una grata sorpresa

personnel n'appréciant pas trop les étrangers

chambre assez grande mais pas tres propre et sans clim (dur en plein mois d'aout), mais le must se passe au restaurant avec une ambiance limite xénophobe voire francophobe et un serveur totalement antipathique qui vous jette une feuille avec un menu écrit en catalan sans explication et parle de vous dans votre dos aux autres serveurs et clients catalans en pensant qu'on ne le comprends pas, il n'y a pas de menu enfant sauf pour les familles catalanes aux tables d'à coté
