"Gold Diggers is an absolute gem of a place and I can't wait to come back. The team went out of their way to manage my luggage around my schedule and the room itself was very unique and comfortable. "This was my first time staying at a hostel. I was nervous at first but after seeing a YouTube tour of the place, I felt much better. In person it was so cool! I met people from all over the world, everyone was super nice. Everything was very clean, housekeeping was ON it. When I made my booking I chose a mixed gender room bc I think that was the only option left but when I checked in, the gentleman at the front desk asked me if I wanted to do an all female room and of course I said yes - I was very relieved and happy he was nice enough to do that for me. The only reason I gave "Area around the property" 4 stars is bc I got catcalled by a group of guys in the parking lot behind the hostel. Hollywood can be sketchy just be aware of your surroundings! Everything was fine though, there's many tourists around."

"The property was like a hidden gem in a quiet part near Hollywood Blvd. Clean and welcoming hotel. Staff provided excellent customer service from the front desk to the breakfast staff so welcoming and warm. Gives you the feeling of home away from home. Will definitely recommend! "
