"The room is very clean and comfortable. It’s within walking distance to the Chur Train Station. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. There’s a small elevator to the room but to access the lobby from the front door is by stairs. The hotel front door and lobby is closed at 8 pm. No one can check you in after 8 pm. Overall it’s a wonderful hotel in Chur. "

"This was by far the highlight of our trip. The gentleman that greeted us at the front desk was so kind, warm, positive and inviting. We wish we stayed longer just to be in such an inviting atmosphere. We really needed that positivity with how all other plans were turning out. We really appreciated the hospitality, the rooms were clean, beds were comfy, food was good, location was ideal. Overall stay 12/10. We hope to be back! "
