The hotel overall was good for Rio Verde. The staff knew I was English and had limited Portuguese ; I had to make all efforts to translate. Also, a work friend from RV who visited a few times , to show me around RV and where to eat etc felt the staff were looking at her with curiosity and suspicion . I saw that also . None of their business ! The music act on Wednesday was good

Televisão com imagem e som muito ruins,

Como a televisão estava muito ruim, pedi para ver o que podiam fazer, e a pessoa da recepção disse que como eu estava no apartamento standard, não tinha o que fazer. Reagi dizendo que eu não estava exigindo nenhuma vantagem adicional ao que eu havia pago, mas não adiantou e que não tinha o que fazer. Falei então que descontassem o valor embutido no que paguei, pois a oferta era apartamento com TV. Mas disse que não tinha o que fazer. Despreparo ou omissão da atendente, e da gerência que deixam uma pessoa despreparada na recepção.
