"When I checked in I asked if I could get a late check out. The man at the front said no and to call in the morning anytime. He did not specify that I should call very early. I called at 8 but they were not able to allow late checkouts. "

"No hot water. Alarm going off in the middle of the night. All customers came outside by choice. I had to call fire dept. no one explained to us what is going on they all just left. First it was carbon monoxide. Then plumbing. "

"Room was clean, and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was basic, not great. One thing that bothered the most was seeing the breakfast attendant using the same cleaning rag to wipe the chairs and tables after use, and then using the same rag to wipe down the breakfast area. She wiped the pots holding the food, the counter, the spoon rests, and everything else in that area. This was concerning due to being unhygienic, specially after wiping the table used by guests with a sick child. "
