The apartment is on the second floor and has two balconies: one offers a view of the Dolomites to the south, the other a mountain view to the north. The spacious living kitchen is equipped with a well-appointed kitchenette with dishwasher and refrigerator, a dining table, a sofa bed, and a TV. The apartment has two double bedrooms, each with its own TV and bathroom with toilet, shower, and bidet. Prices and number of rooms depend on the number of guests. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the residence. A washing machine and use of the sauna are available on request and for an additional fee. You can park your car directly in front of the house; there is no through traffic as the house is located in a cul-de-sac. A footpath leads you to the village in just two minutes, where you will find a bakery, grocery store, sports shop, and the public indoor pool. There is a fenced children's playground at the house, exclusively for guests. Here you can also relax in a deckchair and enjoy the sun. Brixen is perfect for a city stroll and can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. South Tyrol is well connected by bus and train (SüdtirolGuestCard), which you can use for free, or you can reach many destinations by car. The Gitschberg Jochtal ski area is practically on your doorstep and is quickly and easily accessible. Right behind the house are the beginner slope and the connecting lift to the ski area, so you can start and end your ski day stress-free and without a car.
