Our family-run house is situated in a quiet and sunny location on the high plateau of Meransen, in the heart of the Gitschberg Jochtal holiday region. Here you can enjoy carefree days in a spacious holiday flat that can accommodate up to 10 people - ideal for families, couples or groups of friends looking for nature and relaxation.

    The flat has several bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large eat-in kitchen and a terrace with wonderful panoramic views. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, crockery and all cooking utensils. WLAN, TV, bed linen and towels are of course provided.
    In the well-tended garden with sunbathing lawn, barbecue area and natural pond you can relax, soak up the sun or enjoy a cosy end to the day. Your dog is also very welcome here - walking paths and nature start right outside the front door.

    In summer, you can set off from the house on wonderful hikes into the Altafossa Valley, to the Rodeneck Lüsner Alm or to the Gitschberg plateau. Cyclists and mountain bikers will also find ideal conditions here. In winter, the valley station of the family-friendly Gitschberg Jochtal ski area is just 200 metres away. Skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing and cross-country skiing - everything is right on your doorstep.
    A special bonus is the Almencard Plus, which is included in the price. With it, you can use all public transport in South Tyrol free of charge, receive a free ascent and descent with the Gitschberg or Jochtal cable cars every day (in the periods 29 May - 11 July and 15 September - 7 November 2025) and benefit from numerous discounts at partner companies, for example at the Alpinpool Meransen, museums or leisure activities.
