The pool is very small which results in it becoming dirty very quickly however staff are quick to clean it if you ask them. The manager, Antonio was amazing. He provided amazing service and helped to remedy my room concern quickly and with kindness. Iane was also wonderful staffer that was welcoming and kind.

I love everything about this hotel -- from the courteous, knowledgeable, friendly staff, to the rooftop bar and their restaurants! I didn't have an ocean view but it didn't matter. I just went to the top swimming pool, and/or walked out the front door. I will stay here always!
