O hotel é novo e bonito, mas deixa a desejar na alimentação. A estrutura da praia também é ruim, sem serviço de bar, poucas cadeiras e sem acesso adequado ao mar. O mar é agitado e quase não dá para tomar banho. A sauna e hidro só podem ser utilizadas com reserva e limitada a um ou dois horários de 30 minutos. Não vale o custo benefício.

Ficamos hospedados em janeiro e de lá para cá achamos que caiu qualidade de atendimento, da comida e limpeza dos quartos. Serviço de garçom na piscina não existiu desta vez. Sempre tivemos que nos deslocar até o bar. Chá da tarde tiraram. Pedidos da cozinha no café da manhã não teve no domingo. Achamos que o hotel perdeu em manutenção geral. Ou seja, não valeu o custo benefício da hospedagem.

O hotel Ponta de Inhampube é um bom hotel, mas não acredito que se encaixe e um "hotel boutique" pois não tem serviços e nem estrutura premium. A academia é fraquíssima, o bar da praia só funciona na alta temporada os amenteis são normais O pessoal é bem atencioso e o quarto é confortável com bons lençóis, travesseiros e edredon. Não acho que justifique a diária que pagamos (R$ 1000,00)

Hotel novo, confortável e lindo, em um lugar maravilhoso! Os quartos são muito confortáveis mas falta uma rede na varanda! A área de lazer e o atendimento do bar da piscina são muito bons! O atendimento e a presteza dos funcionários é excelente! O café da manhã ficou a desejar... acho inadmissível não ter cuscuz e banana no café da manhã em um hotel na BAHIA! Deixo aqui um elogio especial ao Natan e ao Emerson, que nos atenderam com muita atenção e dedicação!

De forma geral o hotel tem uma boa estrutura, staff simpático e atencioso, restaurante muito bom e um excelente café da manhã. Um ponto que considero negativo é, no checkout, após responder que não houve consumo durante a estadia, a recepcionista informar que uma funciinária precisa confirmar. Além de antipático, esse procedimento já foi há muito tempo abandonado em outras hospedagens.

Desde o check-in até o checkout a experiência foi incrível. Fomos recebidos com drinks de boas vindas, toalhas refrescantes, cortesia na recepção e no quarto fomos surpreendidos com com bilhetes acompanhado de deliciosas cocadas. Para quem tem pet, eles acolhem muito bem, tem um custo, mas disponibilizam cama pet, comedouro e bebedouro, além do kit cata-caca. O pet também pode usar as áreas externas do restaurante, piscina e hotel, desde que com guia. O hotel em parceria com a Baixio Turismo disponibiliza passeios, como a Trilha da Lagoa, ambiente preservado, com excelente contato com a natureza e prazeroso, opções de caiaque e standup paddle, você vai no seu carro, acompanhando a camionete deles até o estacionamento da trilha, a estrada é de barro, mas não tem risco de atolar o carro, é tranquilo, depois faz uma caminhada de 30min. Quanto a estrutura do hotel, usamos a hidro, muito boa, necessário agendar uso, visando privacidade. A academia é bem equipada, exceto para pernas, sem opções para abdutora e flexora, mas dá pra treinar bem. Quanto ao restaurante do hotel, o café da manhã é bem servido e para almoço e jantar tem muitas opções de pratos (peixes, frutos do mar, carnes, entradas e sobremesas), comemos no hotel durante a estadia (almoço e jantar), única ressalva foi quanto ao ponto do arroz do risoto (questão de gosto), mas o tempero excelente. Wi-fi foi o único ponto negativo (instável) e a Claro não funcionava direito. No mais só elogios e em breve retornaremos!
