Hotel bom com boa qualidade, única coisa que deixa um pouco a desejar é o tamanho do quarto e principalmente o tamanho do banheiro… muito pequeno, a porta quase pega no vaso, se fecha a porta vc tem que ir para o canto do banheiro.

Um hotel pra chamar de seu Localizado próximo à praia e a uma ampla gama de serviços, o Matiz foi uma experiência agradabilíssima do boa noite do check in ao boa tarde do check out. Limpíssimo, moderno, bonito e elegante em todos os ambientes, inclusive no amplo quarto, que dispõe de bom armário, ótimo frigobar e excelente cama Queen que, com os ótimos travesseiros e roupa de cama, garantem uma excelente noite de sono. O banheiro é apertado mas funciona bem, faltam espaços para pendurar toalhas, o chuveiro poderia ser um pouquinho melhor, mas nada que incomode. Longe disso. O café da manhã é bem gostoso, sobram opções e tudo que provei era de primeira. O ambiente é agradável e o serviço funciona muito bem. Os funcionários são extremamente cordiais e voluntariosos, estão sempre dispostos a ajudar no que for preciso. Eu não arriscaria outra opção na cidade se não for por motivos geográficos e/ou financeiros gritantes, recomendo fortemente!

Foi razoável, o pessoal com raras excessões meio carrancudo, banheiro com mofo no box e próximo a pia com renovo estufado. Já me hospedei em outros hotéis da rede e esse com certeza foi o que deixou mais a desejar (para o nível da rede). A comida é boa mas o café é fraco.
Banheiro do quarto sem manutenção.
Esse mofo eu.entendo como descaso.

Best Western Plus was great. It definitely met my expectations. Even during the pandemic everything was clean and organized. Breakfast was still amazing. Of course most people will choose this for the location as Niteroi's may beach is 5 minutes away. Plenty of restaurants, bars, dining options, supermarkets, etc, all within walking distance.

Trip to Carnival!

I went to Rio for Carnival and the service was outstanding! One day, they knocked on my door and gave me a cake because it was my birthday! I didn’t tell them anything and they surprised me. Every single member of the staff was fantastic! Great location, one of the best experiences I have had in my life. Truly remarkable.

Great stay in Rio!

This hotel was really clean and comfortable. It had a good breakfast included as well same as parking. It takes about 30-45 minutes to get to most main areas in rio like Copacabana.

Boa opção em Niterói

O hotel é novo e tudo funciona muito bem. O banheiro é muito apertado, uma porta de correr poderia ajudar a minimizar o aperto, a cama é muito boa e o quarto também. O café da manhã poderia ter um pouco mais de opções, mas ele é bom e com itens de boa qualidade.

Mala ubicación lejano a todo lugar para comer o visitar y más de una hora del centro de Río. , no cumple lo que indica el hotel, por ejemplo nadie hablaba ni inglés ni español. Día días no hicieron correctamente el aseo de la pieza y la cama solo la estiraron sin siquiera sacudirla.

Serviço de limpeza

Sempre que vamos a Niteroi nos hospedamos no Best Western Plus. Desta vez, talvez por estarmos hospedado 13 dias consecutivos, notamos que a limpeza do quarto não era tão metódica e eficiente. As vezes faltava alguma toalha, noutra não limpavam o banheiro apropriadamente e por fim, a varreção do quarto deixou a desejar. Alguma vezes sentíamos sim o cheiro de limpeza no local. Outro detalhe importante é o barulho logo bem sedo de: aspirador de pó, comunicação de rádio entre funcionários e por fim empurrões da cama do quarto ao lado contra a parede. Queria deixar registrado que ficamos muito satisfeitos com o atendimento no café da manhã e o serviço noturno. Agradeço ao Sr. Julio e parceira e a Sra. Alana e parceiros.

A very enjoyable stay

The hotel is well situated It is not right in the middle of all the "action" in Icararaí, I felt by no means far away from it. In some ways, it was nice to be in a slightly quieter part. The beach and the shops are within easy walking distance. The Front Desk staff were bilingual, which helped. They were also courteous, warm, and accommodating. My room was clean and spacious. The shower in the bathroom had the best water pressure I have experienced in a hotel thus far. I wish the jets in the hot tub/bath worked, though. During my stay in Niteroí, I stayed at four different hotels. Of the four, The Best Western Plus Icaraí Design Hotel was the most enjoyable. I would have no problems with staying there again at some point in the future.
