High floor with stunning views of sea, lake and mountains in Barra da Tijuca. Cozy balcony. Comfort and hospitality. Clean and nice environment. Large and comfortable beds. Bed and bath linen provided. Kitchen equipped with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, crockery, glasses, cups, cutlery and accessories. Rooms with private bathrooms. Ideal space for family. Great location with beach access. Cleaning and housekeeping included every other day during the weekdays.
The walk to the beach takes about 5 minutes. The condominium offers a nice and safe ferry to cross a beautiful canal of environmentally preserved area, which makes the ride fun for children and romantic for the couple.
The swimming pools, with children's and adult areas, guarantee a lot of fun for children and a pleasant stay for adults. Additional features include tennis courts, dry saunas, and a fitness facility.
The Mediterraneo restaurant, located on the ground floor, offers breakfast, lunch, dinner and room service.
The space is located in prime and privileged area in Barra da Tijuca. One can walk to pharmacies, bakery, shopping mall Barra Garden, supermarket Guanabara, Hortifruti, SmartFit gym, restaurants and commerce in general.
