The hotel is somewhat new and the rooms are alittle small but it's very clean, with fresh linens and modern amenities. The location is conveniently good, not too far from the international airport and just across the street from the hotel lies a large mall that offers plenty of dining options at any restaurants to choose from. The front desk staff was helpful and professional throughout my stay.

No frill in the middle of nowhere.
No frill hotel for locals. It is far from any interesting area of Rio. There is a large middle class shopping mall directly across the street. Breakfast was standard hotel fare. The bed was comfortable. There was no safe in the room contrary to advertised.

My first stay
Front desk personel was not well prepared to received , I arrived alitle early, but the the desk person(jenifer) was not wiling to help made me wait for an hour, and when it was my turn send someone else to attende who was asking personal questions out loud , from his desk. The hotel was nice fir the price , but ghe staff need alot training, to how to desl with the customers...

Boa estadia
Muito boa a estadia. Quarto bem limpo, bem organizado, com bom padrão de qualidade. Hotel tem boa localização. Carece apenas de melhor condição de estacionamento. Tivemos um pequeno problema com a porta do quarto que não fechava, mas o atendimento foi prestativo e nos realocou. Café da manhã com muita variedade.

Excelente estadia. O ponto principal são os funcionários que estão sempre solicitos e educados, em especial a Cristina e Katia que trabalham no café da manhã e Elvis da recepção, eles nos atenderam de forma mais que especial.
