To ensure everything runs smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:



Early check-in is available from 9:30 am, subject to availability.



The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage; however, if you wish, you can leave your luggage here at our agency.



Noise is not permitted after 10 pm (Noise Law).



The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identification documents of all people staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People not on the list provided are not allowed to enter the building.



Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or swimwear.



When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical appliances. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.



Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM and our check-out time is before 11:00 AM. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.



For each reservation, we provide one set of bed linen per bed and one set of towels per guest. Bed linen and bath linen changes can be arranged and paid for separately. Be careful with potentially damaging items, as any damaged items may be deducted from your security deposit.



All guests must submit their identification at least 24 hours prior to arrival.



To use the garage, you must provide the vehicle model, color, and license plate.
