The moment you exit the vehicle you are treated like family.
From the front desk to the restroom attendant’s. The food, the music, the drinks, the people. All Amazing and Beautiful from the inside out. So in short I do NOT recommend you go to JOIA Rosehall. I want to keep it and all if it’s beauty to myself! "

"The staff were excellent and very friendly. The proper is very clean, but we did not have access to the main pool and couldn't walk in some areas of the property because they were doing renovations. Also there were booming noises coming from the roof sometimes at night and in the mornings. I did made a complaint and the security lady told me that they were also working on the roof top. Overall I think I will give them a 9 out of 10. Mainly because of the excellent staff they have. I will definitely go back to the Iberostar star resort in Montego Bay Jamaica. "
