"It was okay, but I wouldn’t stay here again. The restroom is extra small and the shower water sometimes runs out to the living room. There were no trash bags (but one) provided for the kitchen trash can so it was hard to gather all the trash in one bag when leaving. Bed wasn’t as comfortable but doable. "

"My stay was not a pleasant experience. Firstly, this property is on a corner of a town square in Rio Piedras and not within San Juan proper. The neighborhood felt unsafe, empty, like a wasteland- particularly at night. While the front door does require buzz-in access into a small lobby area, the overall property felt unsecured as the back door entry was left unlocked from the rear parking area and opened to a darkened hallway and small courtyard. The bed was extremely uncomfortable as bed springs the were felt and noisy throughout the thin mattress. I stayed only one night of a multi night reservation and left the following morning. I requested a partial refund (at least) and did not receive one, but it was well worth it to leave and stay elsewhere. It is unfortunate and feels dishonest that Expedia would include such a property within their available listings. My lesson learned. Please do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else."
