Cozy suite in a lazy suburb of Chattanooga, with easy access to I-75 freeway. Private entrance and off street parking. Fully furnished including cooking utensils, dishes & linens. Living Room with gas fireplace, kitchen with continental breakfast, elegant bedroom & private bath. This cheery suite in the lower level of our home is equipped with a dual controlled Select Comfort mattress and walk-in jetted bathtub. The couch and twin mattress on the floor, sleeps 2 more guests comfortably.
The space
This lovely suite is just waiting for you! Traveling with a small child? A pack & play, walker, umbrella stroller and toys are also available for your use. Other items available to make your stay more enjoyable are a smart tv, DVDs & dvd machine, puzzles, and games. A picnic basket and lawn chairs are available upon request. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Also, if you are celebrating a special occasion, contact us about adding on a flower arrangement, small cake, box of chocolates and/or a bottle of sparkling grape juice for an additional charge.
Guest access
Rosecrest Suite is in the lower level of our home. You will have private access to the outdoor sitting area and the suite.
Other things to note:
We encourage you to use the sound machine when you sleep, as our kitchen is above your bathroom and part of your bedroom. We try our best to keep our noise level down. By the way, our bedrooms are on the other end of the house, so if you watch tv late at night, it will not bother us!

Very cozy apartment

We had a great nights stay at Rosecrest Suite. Everything was very clean and there were even nice treats available which was wonderful for both us and the kids after a long day in the car.

Cozy, lovely place to stay

Located in a quiet neighborhood, it was one the nicest places we've stayed. Clean, well organized and so many thoughtful touches. The host was so kind and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Such a wonderful place . Very Cozi and warm , loved the fireplace. Owner was super helpful and kind .very clean, easy to find and well stocked for easy breakfast. We loved it !

Cozy warm place

This place was very warm and welcoming. We walked in and felt right at home. It was so much nicer than a hotel room. It had full size appliances and a wonderful fireplace.

Our little home

We stayed in the Rosecrest Suite which our 4 year old insisted was “our little home.” It was clean and comfortable, quiet and quaint. It was decorated so cutely and the host even left a twin mattress in our room knowing our little boy would be with us. There were several breakfast options like homemade muffins. Definitely will stay again.

Wonderful, easy stay!

Short Stay

While we were only at Cindi’s place for a short overnight stay on our way to our final destination, it was exactly what we needed. The space is clean and comfortable with all of the things you could need. There are a lot of intentional details and the directions and communication were excellent. We would stay again in the future!

Perfect stay ! Everything you need and more .

Just as described! Very clean and comfortable.convenient to places to eat and safe area . The muffins were delicious and the host was very sweet . They went above and beyond to make us feel right at home . We enjoyed the fireplace , the bed is comfortable and all the little touches were so nice . Snacks, milk , creamer , juice .. just what we needed ! We would highly recommend this place !

We were only able to spend one night at “Cozy Rosecrest Suite” and found it to be very homey and clean. Cindi snd John have taken every measure possible to include anything a guest needs to be comfortable. We enjoyed a beautiful sunrise, coffee, muffins and oatmeal all provided. Cindi was also gracious enough to come down to meet us before we left. We would highly recommend staying at this property.

ONE OF THE BEST PLACES TO SPEND YOUR NIGHT(S)

This property is located very near the expressway of I-75 just before you go into Tennessee. It is a private entrance basement apartment with a beautiful back yard. The hosts were awesome, providing personal touches such as wonderful breakfast muffins, orange juice, real cream for your coffee, and interesting notes all over the apartment regarding the history. If you are a smart person, stay here!

Great hosts!

The hosts are great! Great communication and very kind. They made sure we had everything we needed before we got there. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. Very clean. The neighborhood felt safe. Loved the family photos on the walls and info about "mom" 3. It was a great place for our quick over night stop. The only "downside" is that it was very hot and there is no thermostat to adjust in the unit. They do provide fans, however, we needed to open windows for a bit (I am usually cold all of the time). Overall, I would 100% stay there again if we were passing through and needed an overnight spot!

Exploring Chattanooga

I spent 4 days exploring the Chattanooga area and this location was perfect. Less than 30 minutes to town and numerous biking trails. The property is well kept and the extra treats were much appreciated. As others have mentioned, you will hear the creaking floor from above, but it wasn’t a reason that I would avoid returning. The one item that could be approved would be the mattress, it really dips to the center. Other than the mattress, it’s a wonderful place to stay.

A Jewel of a Place

The property was very convenient to I-75, was easy to locate, and was in a great neighborhood. You have your own private entrance and Cindi is very helpful. It was nicely decorated and you felt right at home. Very clean. Beds very comfortable. Goodies left by Cindi for her guests were great and like having your Mom look after you. The back yard is peaceful and shady! Stay here if you are a smart person! Thank you Cindi for your hospitality!

Home away from home

Two adults 14 year old daughter and an eight year old son were comfortable in this suite. It's the owners have really thought of everything! There were a few toys, dvds, so many amenities including ones we didn't expect to need such as bug cream . They even had vanilla almond milk which was a godsend for our lactose intolerant family. Everything you could possibly need is there and more. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable and can be adjusted for firmness. My daughter slept on the spare twin mattress and my son slept on the couch. It was thoughtful that they had heaters and fans and even a sound machine. They are very responsive both before and during our stay. We were very comfortable and the decorations are very charming and welcoming. The bookshelf in the entryway was a particularly nice touch. We could hear footsteps at times but that was not a problem at all and not any different than an apartment would be. The private entrance was easy to use and the kitchen is well stocked with supplies and spices and oil and dish soap and everything you could possibly need. There are little notes throughout the house to help you with anything and to inform you of any important details. The welcome letter and photo on the fridge was also inviting. Tons of extra blankets and sheets and towels. We would definitely stay here again in the future the next time we come to visit great grandma in Tennessee!
