"The hotel was in great condition and the property was very clean and neat. The pool and thr bar area were excellent. Staff around the property was very friendly and welcoming and the entertainment staff was also very entertaining. The issue that we faced and were dissapointed about was that our two rooms were not ready on time. One was ready but the other was not. They also split our two rooms into two different buildings. After that we requested that our rooms be put near exh other and we were told they coukd do it and that it would be 15-20 minutes. We ended getting our rooms at around 4:50 pm. Check in time was supposed to be 3:00 pm."
