I had ups and downs with my stay and i dont expect much. The service was great except, in fact beyond except 1 lady who worked nights. Kerri waa was absolutely phenomenal but the other one was not so great. She offered us a cot but failed to let is know there would be a charge. I figured she was being nice, but in fact she was out making the company money. I cant say if I would have taken it or not due to being on a tight budget. Also, First day, there was little to pick through for breakfast. There were good moments as well. Like i said it was an up and down and i would have never said anything until i got the surprise charge for a crap cot.

This hotel featured a wonderful breakfast that was full of variety. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was satisfactory. The pool was spacious and warm! This was a bonus as the kids swam for hours because of the great temperature! Rooms were clean and spacious.

Room Furniture is way too old . Bed is some how comfort. Breakfast was cold, tasted terrible (cold old scrambled egg &tasless hot dog) Hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Nothing surrounding to get decent dinner. You will have to drive and it was realy dark to do so . So I didn’t have dinner

Loved this hotel. Surprisingly lots of breakfast options, clean, (except a lack of dusting in the lobby), and our tv didn’t work one day. Staff were friendly. Would stay at a quality inn again for sure.

Very nice stay @ the Quality Inn. Staff were informative & approachable. Great breakfast. Fantastic pool/hot tub area. Clean comfortable rooms. My only complaint is that they only clean the room every 3 days. I expect a clean room every day.

pleasant surprise
We were pleasantly surprised at the Rimbey Quality Inn! we were at a wedding near by and found the hotel very clean. The bed was comfortable however we found the pillows not so comfortable. The hotel was also quiet considering how busy it was with wedding guests. We appreciated the breakfast in the morning.

Expedia didn’t indicate that I had a small dog. That created a big problem for me. Expedia charged me for 2 adult breakfast and the breakfast was actually free with the room. The desk clerk Carrie helpful to get us our room with the dog but we were really scared we wouldn’t get a room in the end after travelling so far with a child and pup and 2 adults all hotels were no vacancy for miles. Carrie was great! Kudos to Carrie. All restaurant and front desk staff were wonderful beautiful and very kind.

Rooms were nice, bed was comfortable, staff was pleasant. However, housekeeping didn't come to clean the room, make the bed or replenish the toiletries & coffee. Buffet breakfast was disappointing. Fruit, yogurt & pastries were not replenished after the first morning so on the second morning there was very little choice. Muffins & bagels that were offered were either very dry or moldy.
