"The hotel is gorgeous. Very elegant. Felt like living in a palace. The staff were satisfactory but not very personable. It felt like the staff were aware of the luxurious nature of the hotel and acted removed. Maybe there is no way around it. We felt more personally taken care of in smaller boutique hotels. The breakfast was nice and rich. The communal areas of the hotel were very pretty and elegant. There is definitely a trade off in this hotel between the luxury and person-ability of the experience."

"While it was not a problem, be aware that this property is a stop off for bus tours. So occasionally it can get a bit crowded. Breakfast was good with standard offerings. Located very close to the ferry, grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Very convenient. We stayed for 10 days and will come back again. The only thing is the electricity power is not compatible with all ACs on when stove cooking. And the first floor here is the second floor in NA😂."
