"We had a lovely 10 day stay in this quiet ground floor apartment. It had everything we wanted and was an easy walk from the lake. The garden was a pleasure. Plenty of choice of bars and restaurants also within easy walking distance, with the ferry terminal 15-20 minutes walk.Our host, Tiziana was delightful, helpful and responsive to our requests. We recommend staying here and look forward to returning."

"While it was not a problem, be aware that this property is a stop off for bus tours. So occasionally it can get a bit crowded. Breakfast was good with standard offerings. Breakfast area always plenty of tables despite the bus tour travellers. We went first week of October. July and August may be different with respect to crowds."

"Central location to restaurants and boats made it easy to do all we wanted with no car. The balconies were each used for caffe and staring at the lake, as well as observing cute dogs on walks. Beds were fairly comfy and air conditioning available in each room gave sleeping comfort."

"Very nice hotel on the Lago Maggiore in Verbania! Staff was super kind to find the right room for my mother that is 82 and has mobility issues ! The area is very nice calm with many restaurants and cafe around . Great location of the hotel and from there you can also take the little ferries to visit all the Lake’s Town and little islands !"
