Old barn completely renovated independent, spacious (140 sqm), surrounded by the green of the Tuscan countryside just 20 km from Florence with a large garden.
The barn dominates a hill from which you can admire the surrounding panorama.

The accommodation

The barn is immersed in the silence of the countryside. The private garden surrounds the whole house. The accommodation is finely furnished and refined to create an authentic and welcoming Tuscan atmosphere.
On the ground floor: large living room, where you can watch TV and enjoy time with friends or family and here we find a sofa bed; a bathroom with a shower; a beautiful room with a double bed and a single bed and from which you can directly access the private garden; well equipped kitchen. Also from the kitchen we reach the private garden where we find a large table, chairs and a barbecue.
On the first floor: 2 double bedrooms, one single bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Guest access

The barn is located on a hill overlooking the entire Valdarno and there are stairs or a ramp to access it. Guests can take advantage of the private parking and garden.
The house can be reached through about 600 meters of dirt road surrounded by olive trees.

Interaction with guests

You will be welcomed in a family atmosphere at your disposal for any eventuality.
The staff will provide you with all the information, maps, tips and references in the area, especially for the cities of Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and the entire Chianti area.
