Couldn’t fault the room at all, the shower was next level which is a bonus after a long day exploring Rome, which is very possible from a great location. Beds also super comfy. I will be looking to return here if I return to Rome and would recommend to anyone."

"The hotel was very clean and maintained very well. The restaurant staff was so nice and helpful. 2 of the front desk people helped somewhat and were friendly. The rest of the staff was not helpful. First the hotel is located quite a distance from all the sight seeing sights so you must take transprotation every single day. we spent a tolatl of $1000 usd on rides and tip because We traveled with our handicap mom who we had such a hard time getting rides for and they saw us struggle trying to find transportation. We did not know the hotel had a shuttle for guest and a few days later we watched them take guest to and from. There were places we wanted to go with in the perimiter of there services and not once did ANYONE tell us we could use the shuttle or offer to schedule a shuttle ride for us."
