"With such a large group checking in at the same time, the front desk staff handled the situation professionally and patiently assisted each guest in settling in quickly. The rooms were clean and cozy, with excellent amenities, and the hotel's central location was very convenient. I truly appreciated that they allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel, which spared us from carrying it on our short trip to Wengen. This made the trip much more enjoyable for everyone. I would especially like to thank Noraly and Nadim for going above and beyond to help my teammates resolve their issues. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The views from some of the rooms are amazing and the staff were very nice. Worth mentioning if you are traveling with kids on Spring or Summer that there isn’t air conditioning on the rooms and the hotel is not centrally located ( although it is a a few bus stops from the central station ). I think the rooms were in need of maintenance and the breakfast a bit pricey for the quality of it. Overall a 3.5/5"
