Brivibas City Center Two bedroom Apartment

Beautiful, large and bright 82 sq. m with two separate bedrooms in the historical center of Riga (Art Nouveau district). The house is included in historical heritage. it is situated only 600 m. from the Old Town. Two bedrooms with double beds, living room with big sofa bed, kitchen. Two WC. Located on the 2 st. floor with elevator. Perfect for 2-5 persons. Variety of cafes and bars around.

This light and modern apartment with high speed Wi-Fi is the best starting point for your trip in Riga, due to its perfect location.

-Entrance hall: Offers a lot of space for your bags or other things.

-Bedroom 1: high ceilings and big window makes you feel just like at home. There are a big double bed for two persons and a large wardrobe.

-Bedroom 2: Equipped with a big double bed, just next to the window and a big wardrobe (Bed linens and towels are provided)

-Living room and kitchen: In the middle of the room there is a large table for six persons, kitchen is completely equipped (electric stove, oven, pans, pots, dishes, utensils, cups, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, etc.) and invites anyone to cook. In addition, there is a comfy couch, which can be pull out longer into a bed for two persons. Flat screen TV with cable, Wi-Fi, and a high-speed internet connection are available.

-Bathroom: Small wellness oasis with a bathtub, sink, WC. (Hair dryer, soap are provided)

Second WC with toilet and sink

You do not need to bring a hairdryer, an iron and a clothes dryer with you. These are provided for you in the apartment. If you run out of clean clothes, a washing machine is available for you to use free of charge.

The apartment is Ideal for 2-5 guests. The main entrance from the facade of the building. Elevator. Situated on the second floor. The excellent location of the apartment makes it easy to visit a large number of Riga’s landmarks in a very short time. The apartment is in the center and is a perfect starting point for many cultural activities.

Apartment very central, but on a very noisy street. Kitchen is ill equipped, there are very little pots and knives and plates etc. . I don't understand why so little kitchen equipment was available, whereas the kitchen itself probably did have cost a lot of money. A short trip to ikea and Euro 200-300 can solve this problem. Furthermore the apartment was not thar clean.

Leider schon in die Jahre gekommen

Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig fußgängig zur Altstadt. Leider liegt sie an einer Verkehrshauptstraße / Kreuzung und ist sehr laut (Oropax nicht vergessen:) ). Sie ist leider nicht mehr in dem Zustand wie auf den Fotos dargestellt: Kleiderstangen abgerissen, Heizkörper nicht mehr andrehbar, bei 9 ° draußen daher ungemütlich im Wohnbereich. Fensterrollos waren defekt / fehlend / runterhängend, daher wurde es sehr warm bei draußen 22°. In einem Schreibtisch fehlte die Schublade, Bistrostühle teilweise defekt. Küchenutensilien alt und unvollständig. Hier müßte insgesamt mal etwas re-investiert werden... Riga und Lettland aber wunderschön und eine Reise wert!
