Cozy and comfortable
Our kids didn't want to leave! The house felt like going home to visit family. Each tween got their own room and large bed and the beds were very comfortable. Great layout for family time. Plus, the neighborhood cat was sweet as can be, and entertained the kids for hours.

Very pleased with this VRBO!
We found the house to be very nice and just as described from the pictures inside and out! The furnishings and beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with dishes, towels, etc. The house was immaculate and the lawn very well cared for. If we were to note anything negative it would be that the ceiling fans in the living room and dining room were not functional. That was a little disappointing due to the unexpected warmer temps that Rifle was having during our stay. Other than that, it was a great place to stay and much better than staying in a hotel.

We try our best to be transparent and do state in the listing that some of the ceiling fans are not functional. With that said, this home does have an excellent central air conditioning system!

Great for your climbing group!

Beautiful home very comfortable my grandkids were so excited when they saw the play yard the home was very clean nice neighborhood I would recommend this home if you find yourself in Rifle Colorado.

Perfect place for family and friends to catch up
We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at this rental. My brother has lived in Rifle for years and we have never been able to find a good housing solution for our frequent trips into the mountains. The hotels are full of teenagers partying and the other rentals are too far away. This place fit the bill for us! I have 3 kids with 2 under 3 so the backyard playground was AMAZING! The beds we’re comfortable and there was plenty of space for our party of 6. There were no complicated labor intensive directions like other rentals and it was very accessible. We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect family holidays getaway
We had such an amazing time at this place. The host was very helpful and very quick in response. They were able to accommodate everything we needed. The house is well equipped, especially for whose who plan to cook. The location is a bit remote, it takes about an hour to get to ski resorts, and half an hour to get to hot springs. Overall, it was a great family getaway. Thank you to the host and the owner of the place for our wonderful stay!

Cozy warm place to stay
My family and I love staying at this property. Management was very prompt and attentive. The property was very cozy and family oriented. We enjoyed every day we stayed. Location was wonderful, close to Aspen and hot spring pools in Glenwood. Strongly recommended it. We will book again!!!

Wonderful Home!
We spent four nights at the home on Mesa Ct. and we loved every minute of it. The property is very clean, well maintained, and the process to get checked in and out was very easy. Tina, the property manager, communicated late into the night on our arrival, due to the I-70 being closed, and she was very accomodating with us the entire time. The neighborhood is lovely, and there is wasy access to the highway and the town of Rifle.

Very homey
Lots of instructions and key info, but not overwhelming. Easy to follow. Clean with lots of kitchen supplies. Strong showers. Available towels. Two rooms get bright/warm early with a lack of blackout curtains. Good neighborhood location close to town and the highway (5 mins). Good for a group of 6-8. Nice patio/ deck in back, but did use.
