"This place is really nice and close to Nashville but it really really needs an upgrade. We walked in to brand new dollar store towels which we did not use. The furniture was falling apart. There were cracks in the ceiling and paint crumbling off of the walls. There were several bugs despite the weather being cooler. There was dirt on the laundry room floor. The air conditioner changed every so often to whatever it decided (it was a smart system so I’m assuming it was programmed that way. The worst part was in one of the bathrooms, there was black mold under the sink. I would recommend the realtor that owns this property spend a bit more money on cleaners and do some general updates on the cracks in the ceilings and the furniture. "

"The house was nice. The listing said 14 people but there was no way the 14 adults would have fit . Maybe 6 adults and 6 to 7 smaller children. Also best if you check in early in the day as the entrance is not easy to find. Also with the additional buildings that the owners are building parking was very limited. We only managed 3 for our entire family. Trails are not marked either we were unable to find the waterfalls shown on the pictures. "
