The hotel was located beside Victoria station and underground so commuting around the city was easy. The room was very clean and quiet with a fabulous view across the city. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and the staff were very helpful. We would definitely stay at the Riu again.

Amazing stay, everyone and everything was exceptional. The hotel has a history of opulence and luxury, and it did not disappoint, and the staff are the real heartbeat of this iconic hotel. This is the first class property. You get what you pay for and the experience there is outstanding, and hey, there’s a Starbucks right across the street but you don’t even need to go there because they have an excellent coffee shop right in the lobby. Location is outstanding, you can walk to many of the neighborhoods, including Soho and of course you’re right in Mayfair. And the short walk-through Green Park over to Westminster Abbey. Other locations you can walk to including Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square —it’s a great location and a fun walk.
