Fully independent 1 bedroom suite with stocked kitchen, and master bathroom. 13 minute drive to YVR airport; 4 minute walk to bus stop and link to the sky train to Vancouver or airport; 5 minute drive to historical Steveston Village; 8 minute drive to Richmond Centre. House located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, right by a well-kept park. Separate guest entrance and self check-in with smart lock code. Parking spot included and highest speed Wi-Fi

This suite features nice furniture and decoration. The accommodation is perfect for a couple, or a single guest, looking for a private place to stay.

Kitchen fully stocked, with fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, kettle and much more. Cooking and serving implements provided. Complimentary coffee, chocolate, a variety of teas and condiments available.
