This charming ground-floor cottage is perfectly positioned on Reeth’s historic green, making it a wonderful base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, it features a double bedroom and a single bedroom, a shower room, and a well-equipped kitchen—ideal for preparing meals after a day out walking or cycling.

Everything in Reeth is right on your doorstep—local pubs, tearooms, shops, and scenic footpaths are all just a short stroll away. Whether you're planning a solo retreat or a romantic getaway for two, the King Studio offers a warm welcome in the heart of Swaledale.

Getting there

From the A1:

Exit at Scotch Corner, following signs for Richmond.
In Richmond, take the A6108, then turn onto the B6270 towards Reeth.

In Reeth:
Park on the village green. We recommend parking as close to the Kings Arms pub as possible, as the studio is accessed via a footpath to the left of the Kings Arms.
On foot, follow the path to the left of the pub. King Studio is just along on the right-hand side, with two steps leading to the front door.

Country escape

Excellent communication from start to finish. Made the whole process very easy. Lovely cottage and easy to find. Lots of free parking very close to cottage. The Kings arms pub has just reopened and was amazing and on the doorstep. Lovely rooms, very clean everything we needed
