Family reunion in Richmond

Halfway between NY and Fort Lauderdale, Richmond was well located in general and this appt was just right for us. Comfortable, spacious and clean, with many points of interest nearby and easy parking, four adults and a toddler had a fine weekend here.

Amazing place

The home is perfect for the Richmond experience. The neighborhood is historical and in the perfect location to visit the historical sites of the city. Comfort and beauty describe the house best. The architecture and furnishings are fantastic and lead the imagination to wonder about life in the early 1900s.At the top of the list for our next trip back. Laura Lee is a great host!

Fabulous location, easy access and plenty of keys made available to our group, excellent communication with host. Beds were pretty comfortable, bathrooms were large and updated. Fantastic Flat in RVA!

I booked this flat for several out-of-state colleagues and it was perfect. The location was excellent and the flat itself was great! Clean, well decorated and tons of space. Owner couldn't have been nicer or more helpful too. Look forward to renting again!

Laura Lee’ place was great, everything you would want in a VRBO. Comfy beds, nice towels and bed linens. Great water pressure in the showers, water gets nice and hot! Fully stocked kitchen and above all else, CLEAN!! Place was spotless and well care for, will be back!

Turned out perfect size ( 2 couples & a single adult) for lounging—terrific communal space! Also great location—people watching on Monument St. & walkable to lots of restaurants/stores. Daughter’s Wedding Weekend

Beautiful flat in a great location

We had a great stay in Richmond. I had a work event at the Museum of History and Culture and brought my kids and parents. They enjoyed the science museum and children’s museum. All close walking distance (fine arts, too, but we didn’t make it on this trip). The apartment is beautiful, historic, and well-appointed. Laura was friendly and communicative. We hope to come back!

Great Family Weekend

Out of town came to visit and this vrbo could not have been more perfect. The apartment was decorated beautifully and there was lots of room for us to visit and chat in the same room. It was within walking distance of the St. Benedict Oktoberfest and we were able to walk to City Diner for breakfast. Laura Lee was quick to respond to any questions and was very accommodating. I highly recommend.

Elegant and delightful

We were in town for a family wedding. This is a charming, comfortable, and spacious property. My husband and I and our adult son used the two bedrooms with a shared bath (great showerheads!) and my sister-in-law and her husband used the ensuite bedroom. The big dining room table made a great gathering place, but there was enough room to get off by oneself, too. I loved the little balcony off the kitchen in the morning.

Wonderful VRBO in Fan District

Our stay in Richmond was wonderful! This 2nd story rental is wonderful! We each had a bedroom with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were updated, and the towels great quality! The kitchen was very well equipped and so easy to cook in! The flat was beautifully decorated! On top of all this, the location is great!! We went to 3, within walking distance, restaurants which was so nice to be able to walk in a historical neighborhood. We were able to park our car in front of the rental. We used Uber several times and that was very convenient.
