    The Space:

Margaret's Cottage is a traditional stone built, mid-terraced cottage in the small village of Low Row in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, close to the village of Reeth. The Neighborhood:

A scattering of traditional farms and cottages make up the village of Low Row situated to the north of the River Swale. The village of Reeth just a short drive away dates back to Saxon times and became of sufficient size and importance to be mentioned in the Domesday Book. Its eighteenth-century houses and hotel clustered around the triangular village green make it one of the very popular Dales villages. Askrigg better known to millions as Darrowby in TV's James Herriot's "All Creatures Great and Small" is just a short drive away as well as Aysgarth Falls, Semerwater and Hardraw Force (England's highest single drop waterfall at 99ft).

Nice cottage in a great location and wonderful view

We enjoyed our week in Low Row. The cottage is comfortable and well-equipped, and the view is one of the best anywhere! We hope to return soon.
