MainStay Suites St. Louis - Galleria
I booked a two bedroom suite for me and my son who is in a wheelchair. Nowhere on the listing did it say the unit was up two flights of stairs. The hotel had a room that may have accommodated but I had to work with hotel.com. I chatted with an agent that stated they could not make any changes. Awful. ...

White House at Grand Central
Room smelled of cigarettes, had to leave and book another property, check in and location was awful and hard to find. Property is nothing like it is described in booking. Bed was comfortable for the one night I stayed
