"We arrived late at night and I could tell the room wasn't clean but we were tired. when I woke up the next day after housekeeping came in and everything was still dirty I just booked another hotel. The vents were dirty, the pipes looked leaky, there was dust and hair, there were stains on the wall and bed."

"The breakfast each morning was very good with some variety each day. My wife would have liked to see bacon in lieu of the sausage. One complaint was the noise from the domestic hot water pump. They were working on getting it fixed. Also, the rooms were lacking in good locations of plugs considering all of the electronics typically carried by travelers. Staff was wonderful! Facility very clean. "

"Shower door did not close completely. Carpeting by the bathroom sink not a smart choice. Room smelled musty and of stale cigarettes even though smoking not allowed."

"The property itself was run down. The room we stayed in was unclean and in disrepair... specifically, there was red sticky stuff on our sheets, there was urine on the carpet in the closet, the curtains were falling apart, the room phone didn't work, there was no alarm clock, no set of sheets and pillows for sleeper sofa, and the card never worked on the door... not name a few"

"If I could give this zero stars I would. This Hotel was absolutely horrible! Never have I ever felt more misled by pictures(Talk about a Catfish!), they may have renovated “A” room for pictures and advertising purposes but left the rest of the rooms partially a hot mess. After traveling for 12 hours, I was excited to lay it down. Ha! Little did I know! Tuh! The bed was dirty, we had to wait 30 mins for someone to come change the sheets. The pillows however were custom cases filled with pure air so when you lay on them if gives the illusion that you’re laying outside on the hard ground looking up at the sun! The bathroom was dirty- fun fact, someone put the door on backwards and it didn’t close all the way so I if needed privacy you can scratch that off your list! Who needs a flushing toilet?!? apparently NOT ME! And last but certainly not least, the door had 3 bolts on them as if we were expecting intruders! Other than those few inconveniences I absolutely abhorred it. "
