"First of all the staff I met was awesome (3/9,10) Very friendly and kind... smiles. Rooms were perfect and morning coffee was good. The most pleasant surprise was the music playlist in the lobby. I would love to have that on my phone. Every time I walked through I found myself humming along or asking... "who is that singing?". Also... a couple of good choices to eat within walking distance."

"Clean room but lobby was under major construction. Staff tried their best to be accommodating but the free breakfast was a grab and go and the room was lacking a coffee pot, a couple of lightbulbs and hair dryer and microwave was old and a little dirty. Bed very comfortable. "

"Fire alarms went off ALL NIGHT ! With in bedroom strobe lights Terrible location. Bad neighborhood. Train coming throught right next door . Breakfast was good . I will not be staying there ever again. They would not refund my money . Said they would pro rate room charge..i haven't seen it yet on credit card ."
