"Absolutely awful. We booked two rooms, checked in front desk was friendly got to One room no issue but could tell it wasn’t super clean. Opened the door to the other room and there were guest already in there. We went down, got a different room one with a king bed and a pull out couch. Pulled out the couch and the protective sheet was ripped and nibbled apart and looked as if there were mouse droppings. We noticed there weren’t an extra set of blankets so back down we went. She needed to call a manager to see if we were allowed to have bed sheets. At that point 4 grown people piled onto one king size bed. Worst experience "

"The staff are super accommodating and helpful. There are several businesses close by; which makes it convenient to go anywhere. The room has air conditioning, a microwave, a refrigerator, and is quiet."

"The breakfast selection was not very good. Coffee was very bitter. I added cream and sugar and it tasted the same."

"It was terrible. It was run down with trash everywhere. There were old underwear and weave on the ground in the parking lot. Staff were awful, sitting at desk saying they should have called out of work today bc the customers are terrible. Room was not clean, my child's socks were completely black,like the floor has never been mopped. Air conditioner was so loud we couldn't sleep all night long. Only got 2 towels for 4 guests. Refrigerator never worked right, all the dairy products spoiled and had to be thrown away. 2 tiny pillows for 4 people."

"I had a very uncomfortable stay and would not recommend this hotel. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor from the moment I walked in. I reported it to the front desk and even asked about canceling my reservation, but since I booked through a third party, I was told that wasn’t an option. The cleanliness was also a major issue. The bed sheets had visible stains. Although the front desk initially claimed they were clean, once he came to the room and saw them himself, he ended up changing them—so there was clearly a problem. He also sprayed air freshener after noticing the smell, but that was only a temporary fix and didn’t address the underlying issue. Unfortunately, the towels and washcloths were also stained. Thankfully, I had brought my own, so I didn’t need to raise another complaint. Overall, this experience left me feeling like I wasted my money. I would not stay here again and would advise others to look elsewhere."
