Excelente cafe da manhã. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Únicos problemas foram pequeno vazamento na pia do banheiro (dava para escutar água correndo constantemente) e a porta do banheiro não fechava adequadamente (quarto 712, ao lado do elevador).

Falta de solução após problema com veículo

Durante minha estadia, enfrentei dois problemas significativos. O primeiro foi o barulho intenso vindo do quarto ao lado sempre que o chuveiro era ligado, o que atrapalhou bastante o descanso. O segundo foi que meu carro sofreu um dano enquanto estava sob os cuidados do hotel. Informei o ocorrido no momento da saída e segui todas as orientações da equipe. Apesar disso, não recebi retorno com uma solução efetiva. Acredito que o hotel precisa melhorar tanto na questão da estrutura quanto na forma de lidar com situações como essa. Infelizmente, minha experiência foi decepcionante.
