The room was absolutely horrible. Dirty, full of mold, dirty towels, scratched walls, unpainted bathroom where repairs were made, horrible pillows. A very bad experience.

Bom custo benefício por uma rede tradicionalmente consolidada. Apenas 2 problemas pontuais com vazamento de água do box para o banheiro e travesseiros muito alto, do restante tudo ok! Ótimo café da manhã, ótimo chuveiro e ambiente bem tranquilo.

Bem localizado, acesso ao hotel excelente. Atendimento muito bom. Bem limpo, quarto organizado com tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Não foi perfeito por duas razões: isolamento acústico do quarto razoável (é possível ouvir a utilização de chuveiro e banheiro do quarto vizinho) e local do café da manhã pequeno.

Arrumação e manutenção banheiro

Estadia foi boa, os colaboradores sempre muito atenciosos e educados. Ressalva apenas para uma atenção na arrumação do quarto, pois o banheiro não tinha sabonete suficiente para duas pessoas, só um. Além disso, deixamos a solicitação na porta do quarto para arrumação ao sairmos pela manhã e, ao retornarmos à tarde nada havia sido feito. Banheiro também precisa de um serviço de manutenção melhor. Quanto ao restante, tudo ótimo Obrigado

Nao tinha ninguém para ajudar a levar as malas... Voce paga o estacionamento 28,00 por dia. Uma água no quarto é 9,00 300 ml. Tivemos que entra em contato para solicitar a limpeza. No cafe da manhã, nao tinha lugar para sentar....

estrutura do quarto com problemas

quando entrei e fiz o checkin fui para o quarto 709 e ao entrar no quarto estava alagado por vazamento no ar condicionado. Fui direcionada para o 703, ao tomar banho o ralo nao funcinava e transbordou agua do banho, tb não tinha sabonete liquido na pia e o secador de cabelo nao funcionava.

O hotel tem boa estrutura. Precisa melhorar alguns pontos , checkom estava cheio e somente 1 atendente. Eu grávida, tive que esperar cerca de 15 min . Ficamos com meu cachorro 30 dias atrás sem nenhum problema e desta vez a atendente não queria receber . Então precisa de um padrão de atendimento . Cobram 6 reais para emprestar garfo e faca do hotel e ainda são descartáveis. Sem sentido nenhum. O hotel tem restaurante, quem vai levar um garfo e faca pra casa? E se é pra cobrar, que não seja descartável

Péssimo local, muita sujeira por um valor absurdo.

Ruim, o quarto estava com lençol sujo, toalhas velhas, tao desgastadas que estavam transparentes, por não ter camareira, trocamos de quarto, encontramos um par de meias suja sobre a cadeira, pires empoeirados, espelho do banheiro também, uma sujeira que dava nojo, uma esperiência horrivel, paguei mais de R$ 300,00 para ter um local limpo, não sujo do jeito que estava.....

Já tivemos um atendimento muito ruim no Check In, a menina estava com uma vontade impar de atender, o estacionamento se eu nao pergunto se vão estacionar meu carro ninguém ia levar e ia ficar por la, falamos que era aniversaria da minha namorada e apenas olharam pra gente como "e?", Durante a manha mesmo com a placa não perturbe abriram o quarto 2x. Fui pelo valor e facilidade de sair para a estrada mas numa próxima não pretendo usar a rede mais.
