Bem,o bom atendimento já começa no check-in, funcionário Leandro,hiper atencioso.No segundo dia da nossa estadia,minha neta não estava conseguindo acessar a Net,para digitar um trabalho.Entramos em contato com a recepção, q na hora nos forneceram um quarto no andar mais baixo.Deu certo.O quarto tinha uma cama de casal e outra de solteiro.O problema é q a mesa de trabalho e refeições estava quebrada.Tivemos q tirar o frigobar de onde ele estava e transformá-lo em mesa.Poderiamos ter pedido outro quarto,mas seria na minha opinião muito incômodo.Gostaria q vcs providenciassem o conserto da mesa.Quarto 255.Agradecer a atenção da Leticia da recepção e a camareira Mara.Parabéns equipe IBIS de Jaboticabal

O atendimento de todos, sem exceção, *excelente,* a meu ver, poderia fazer uma boa manutenção, armários dos quartos descolando, rejunte dos banheiros, podem e devem ser retocados, paredes, retocar fissuras, cortinas, ajeitar o que está faltando.
