Eu li nos comentários que não era padrão Ibiá ! A pessoal tem rasão, dos Ibis que conheci esse está bem acima ! Quarto espaçoso e café da manhã muito ! A única coisa que não gostei é que não tinha tv a cabo ( nem o pacote simples ) E o atendimento da recepcionista um pouco rude ! Dos mais estava tudo bem !

Apartamentos necessitando de manutenção e limpeza

Minha experiência não foi satisfatória. O atendente que realizou o check in necessita de treinamento para agilizar o processo. Fomos instalados em um apartamento com o ralo do baheiro entupido. Solicitei troca e ao me afastar da atendente a ouvi tirar sarro da situação. O segundo apartamento encontrei o mesmo problema com o ralo do banheiro conforme eu tomava banho, a água subia. Sugiro manutenção e revisão dos apartamentos antes de liberarem ao hóspede.

Experiência terrível

Pior hotel que fiquei na vida! O chuveiro e a privada eram separados e a pia no canto do quarto. Nao tinha banheiro. O ar condicionado fazia um barulho horrível. O atendente da manhã nos tratou mal, porque entramos no café 2 minutos antes e nem levantou para fazer o nosso check out. O que salvou foi a cama e a cozinheira do café, que era educada e simpática.

A estadia foi razoavel, dentro da media. Um dos 4 dias a arrumação e limpeza nao foi feita. A unidade 379 necessita de uma repaginada, apresenta sinais visiveis de degradação. Destaque positivo para o cafe da manhã que se apresenta com diversas opções, preço justo.

Pesadelo de hospedagem

Check in demorado, pois não achavam uma das reservas, embora as duas já estivessem pagas. Estávamos cansados da viagem de 5 horas e com criança de colo, mas a recepcionista parecia não se importar com a demora. Hóspedes fizeram barulho até as 4 da manhã, falando alto nos corredores, brigando, e não dava pra dormir em paz. Colchão e travesseiros ruins, box minúsculo, café da manhã sofrível. Não volto nunca mais!

Há anos não me hospedava nessa categoria da rede, achei que as condições gerais do quarto eram antigas, como ar condicionado sujo, preso com fita, a limpeza dos revestimentos do banheiro e porta/box eram muito precários. Cortinas, lençóis e fronhas danificados. Corredores e elevadores precisam ser mais limpos. Camareira bateu a porta dos quartos vizinhos diversas vezes de manhã enquanto dormíamos. Único ponto positivo foi o café da manhã que melhorou muito em relação aos últimos anos, tinha muita variedade

Localização um pouco afastada, fica em uma área com muitos caminhoneiros e profissionais noturnos nas ruas. O hotel não tem a limpeza do padrão Accor, toalhas e roupas de camas velhas e manchadas.
