"Good hotel overall. Fluctuating prices but for $198/night stay its great. Great for solo travel and relax after day of hiking. Big grocery store next door for all supplies. I’d recommend this place."

"Front desk people so helpful. Arrived on l early flight, they found us a room to check into so we didn't have to wait. They also were able to let us use the garage parking spot before 3p and even after we checked out as it was available(they rent about 3 spots in a garage about 2 blocks away). Note-if you want to rent one of their parking spots make sure to tell them ahead. Also, after 11am the street is pedestrian only so if you arrive after that and have lots or big luggage it could be a pain to ripl them on the hilly cobblestone streets. The indoor pool is beautiful. They put fruit, pastries and a couple free bottles of drink in the minifridge for you. Great breakfast. Our only 'issue' is that every am we wanted to sit on the outside patio for breakfast and we kept being discouraged to do so by staff."

"Hotel was right on the marina near city center. Great location. I was able to drop my bags early and was picked up for my tour there. The service is unmatched. I forgot several things and they were able to help me. In room coffee was amazing as well. When I come back this is the place I'm going to stay."

"The view!!! While deciding where to stay in the Azores, I do not think the reviews were clear about the view at this location. Truly, the view was amazing. We were lucky that our room had an incredible view, but the view can be enjoyed from many places throughout the resort. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room had a hot tub, and it was a great for unwinding at the end of a long day exploring. The food was very good at dinner, breakfast just OK in my opinion. The mocktail (Sunset Sour) was the best mocktail I’ve ever had. Creative, delicious, local ingredients… all contribute to the food and drink at this location. We had a couples massage in the outdoor hut, listening to the waves crash against the shore. Extremely enjoyable and memorable."
