Note: contrary to the online instructions it did not seem necessary to book shuttle seats ahead of time. Would be useful to indicate what the departure schedules for the shuttle are from the airport and the hotel."

"This was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! The staff were amazing from the start. They let us keep our luggage at the hotel, the check-in was super smooth and easy and the room was exactly as pictured—great space, comfort and cleanliness. They also helped us out when we made a small mistake during check-out, and they provided an amazing solution. A huge shout-out to all the staff, especially the lady who was with us during our stay."
